Emergence and support of a great diversity of user groups that increases in number and attendance every year.
These are currently the Oklahoma City Javascript Usergroup (okc.js), The Oklahoma City C# User Group (OKC#), OKlahoma City Python (OKC Python), The OKlahoma City Java User Group (The JUG), Refresh OKC, The Tulsa Web Devs, Code for Tulsa, Code for OKC, The Oklahoma City Ruby User Group (OKC Ruby), The OKlahoma City Php User Group (OKC Php).

 Program description

National developer conferences hosted in Oklahoma City in order to educate and engage Oklahoman about technology, including mobile, javascript, information security, and the free and open web.

 Program long term success

Engagement of Oklahomans in the greater technology community, lexicon of free and open educational videos to the public, elevate Oklahoma as a national technology hub, access to first class technology education for underprivileged and underrepresented Oklahoman, and generate revenue to support free-to-attend local technology and user groups, and stopping the loss of educated talent from leaving Oklahoma (the "brain drain").

Ticket sales, attendee feedback and satisfaction, speaker feedback and satisfaction, total revenue, scholarship usage, percentage of Oklahomans as speakers.

The program has gotten bigger every year and sold out every year. Program has raised awareness of the active Oklahoma technology scene. Program as actively contributed to technologists leaving Oklahoma. Examples:
